Gloud Signs KRW 5 Billion Sales Partnership with Renew Medical

Partner takes on official JustScan role covering both sales and after-sales support

[로이슈 진가영 기자] Gloud (co-CEOs Ji Jin-woo and Park Jung-soo) announced that it has signed a sales partnership agreement worth KRW 5 billion with Renew Medical. Under the agreement, Renew Medical will supply and sell Gloud's dental 3D printers in the dental market.

The product covered is just Print, a 3D printer built for dental clinics. Renew Medical will supply the units to private practices through its own sales network.

Renew Medical will also act as an official JustScan partner. Official partners take on both sales and the after-sales contact role. They receive service requests and consumable orders from clinics using the devices. Gloud is adding these contact points region by region.

Clinics that adopt the device can sign up for the JustScan platform. JustScan supports the design of prosthetics and oral appliances based on intraoral scan data. A clinic transmits its scan data, receives the design file, and prints the appliance in-house.

"The parts that hold a clinic back when it starts in-house fabrication are cost and staffing," said Kim Sung-ho, CEO of Renew Medical. He added, "We saw JustScan as a service that takes on that part on the clinic's behalf."

The agreement is intended to broaden Gloud's channels for both supply and after-sales support. Gloud moved its sales structure to B2B in May this year. "The number of official partners has grown steadily since we changed the sales structure," said Ji. He added that the company "will not spare support or cooperation for its partners."

Separately, Gloud will introduce a new ceramic resin at GAMEX 2026 on Sept. 19–20. With the material, clinics can produce final restorations in-clinic.

Founded in 2020, Gloud is a dental digital workflow solutions company. It supplies JustScan, a real-time platform for producing prosthetics and oral appliances, and just Print, a 3D printer for dental use. As of the first half of 2026, more than 350 dental clinics in Korea have adopted the platform, and cumulative output has passed 130,000 prosthetics and oral appliances.
